Country Stop A&W in New London hosts a series of classic car cruise nights throughout 2026. The Wednesday evening events run from 5 p.m. until dusk at the restaurant located on Highways 9 and 23.
The schedule includes May 20 with live music by CJ Dafoe and door prizes at 7 p.m.; June 17 featuring Josie Sanken; a Sunday car show at Bill Taunton Stadium on June 28 with cars arriving and parking at 2 p.m., followed by the Stingers Cams Car Show at Bill Taunton Stadium-Willmar at 2 p.m.; July 15 with Jeff James; August 19 with Custom Made; and September 16 with Lilly Water’s Jazzy Jubilee. All Wednesday events feature door prizes at 7 p.m.
Participants are encouraged to bring lawn chairs, family and friends, and enjoy the music. Attendees should call ahead for reservations at 320-891-5600. Cruise night participants can park in the A&W lot for each classic car event.
