The Elgin Heritage Commission presents the fourth annual Cruising Down Memory Lane car, truck and motorcycle show at Festival Park along the Fox River in Elgin, Illinois. The show is held just north of Festival Park on Grove Avenue, with Festival Park recommended for GPS navigation.
All years, makes and models are welcome, stock or modified. Registration is day-of only, with a $20 vehicle entry fee. Zelle is accepted for payment. The event features more than 40 judged awards, presented by the Rolling Devils Car Club, whose own show vehicles are ineligible for awards.
Celebrity guest judge Jaime Hjelm, known from the Netflix series Tex Mex Motors and Bitchin’ Rides, has welded three additional custom awards for the show. Numerous door prizes will also be given away.
Spectators are admitted free. Cesaroni BBQ food truck will be on site. The event is co-presented with partners including the Elgin History Museum, Rolling Devils Car Club, All Around Home Improvements, Roxworthy Enterprises, AJL Electric Inc., and Marge and George Rowe.
