The Dakota Territory Car Club hosts its annual car show in Bowman on July 24-25. Registration runs from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday at the Bowman County Fairgrounds. The car show opens at 10 a.m. and runs until 4 p.m. on Main Street.
Friday evening events begin at 5 p.m. at the 4-Seasons Pavilion with registration, a social hour, and auction car displays with hors d’oeuvres. The Devon Worley Band performs at 6 p.m., followed by The Mollies at 7 p.m.
Saturday features a collector car auction at 11 a.m. hosted by Pifer’s Auctioneers, a 50/50 drawing at 3 p.m., and a classic car parade at 4:30 p.m. Chancey Williams performs at 7 p.m., with Devon Worley returning at 9:30 p.m.
Awards include Best of Show (Paul Mosbrucker Award), first through third place, Longest Drive, and DTCC Choice. All-day activities include door prizes, food and drink vendors, retail vendors, kids games, bouncy houses, and a swap meet. Overnight and indoor parking is available.
