The Dane G. Bales Jr. Memorial Car Show takes place Sunday, September 6, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Logan Golf Course on Highway 9 in Logan, Kansas. The event is held in conjunction with the 48th Annual Hansen Museum Labor Day Celebration.
Entry is free, and no pre-registration is required. Participants receive a free T-shirt and dash plaque while supplies last. The 2026 featured car is a 1955 Ford Fairlane Crown Victoria owned by Linda Artz of Phillipsburg, Kansas.
Awards include People’s Choice Top 10, Carol’s Choice (first, second, and third place trophies), Entrant’s Choice (first, second, and third place trophies), Longest Distance, Dane Jr. Traveling Trophy, and Featured Car.
