The Dayton Community 9th Annual Car Show takes place on select Thursday evenings from 5 p.m. until dusk at Elsie Stephens Park in Dayton. The series runs June 5, June 26, July 10, July 24, August 7, and August 21. Show car entry is $5 and includes drawings. Spectators attend free. The event features live music, food trucks, and local vendors. Riverfest will join the show on August 7. Maximum Event Group organizes the series with support from sponsors including Matco Tools, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Huttner Enterprises, Dayton Community Foundation, Dayton Lions, RDO Equipment Co., Two Scoops, and Cornwell Quality Tools.
