About This Event
The Fame Preservation Group hosts its first Dixie Car Show at the Old Lutheran Cemetery property in Salisbury, NC. The event runs from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and welcomes classics to fill the field parking area, which holds between 35 and 40 vehicles. A gravel lot and overflow parking along East Franklin Street next to the cemetery’s exterior wall provide additional space.
Vehicle entries cost $10 per spot, with parking directed as payment is received. Judging awards $60 to the best judged entry, a Fame plaqued figurine for second place and a challenge coin for third. The group aims to make the show a fun and easy fundraising event compared with its festivals. Spectators attend free.
