Downtown at Sundown returns to Downtown Shawnee on Saturday, Aug. 8, 2026, at 118 W. Main St. The outdoor car show features classic cars and custom builds, with vehicles welcome to arrive as early as 4 p.m.
Awards include a $1,000 Best of Show prize and trophies for the top 20 vehicles. Entry for show vehicles is $20; spectators are admitted free. All proceeds from vehicle entry fees and event revenue benefit the MRCA Youth Rodeo Association, which supports local youth rodeo competitors.
