About This Event
The Downtown Edgewood Car/Truck Show and Heritage Festival runs from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Nov. 14 at Heritage Park Museum of East Texas, 103 E Elm St in Edgewood. The Van Zandt County Road Rebels host the event, and spectator admission is free.
The show is open to cars and trucks and spreads across the museum grounds among log cabins in downtown Edgewood. Visitors can look over classic cars and antique tractors, watch mini bike races, blacksmithing and an old-west reenactment, and catch a model train demonstration. Arts and crafts, food and vendors fill out the grounds, with a pinto beans cookoff, a gourmet bake sale, live music and prize drawings on the schedule. Children’s activities and rides are available, and visitors can have a picture taken with Santa.
Money raised through vendors, the bake sale and donations supports Heritage Park Museum of East Texas.
