About This Event
Family Promise of Martin County hosts the Bed Races on Nov. 14, 2026, at Sailfish Ballpark in Stuart, Florida. Spectator admission is free. The event runs from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Teams of five — four runners and one rider — build a themed bed and race it during the bed parade. Participants must be 10 or older, and school groups and clubs can enter teams. Winners in multiple categories receive trophies.
Spectators can watch the parade and cheer on the race teams, browse a car show and buy food from food trucks. Kidzone activities include inflatables, games and face painting.
The races are a fundraiser for Family Promise of Martin County, working toward a $60,000 goal. The campaign has raised $48,000, and 10 teams are signed up to race.
