Fatmans Pizza Pub and Sports Bar hosts its annual Special Education Benefit Car Show on Saturday, August 22, 2026, in Gurnee, Illinois. All cars, trucks, vans, and SUVs of all makes and models are welcome.
Registration is $20 and begins at 8 a.m. Public showtime runs from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The judged car show uses a 100-point system, with awards for Best Modern, Stock, Modified, Truck, and Van. Top rides will receive full-size trophies in classes including Best Stock, Best Modified, Best Truck, and Best of Show.
The event features a live DJ, trivia, raffles, and a 50/50 drawing. Food and drinks are available for purchase. Proceeds and 50/50 proceeds benefit special education programs in Lake County. No dogs allowed.
