The Garner Iowa Untouchables Car Club presents the Francis Zrostlik Memorial Day Car Show at VFW Post 5515 in Garner, Iowa. Registration runs from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., with the car show from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and awards at 5:30 p.m.
Awards include Mayor’s Choice, Stellar Industries Choice, Veteran’s Choice, IMT Transport’s Choice, Pritchard’s Choice, VFW’s Choice, Garner Fire Department Choice, Garner Police Department Choice and Untouchables Car Club Choice.
Activities include a craft show and bouncy houses from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., a kids craft table from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m., fire department water games from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m., a barbecue smoke-off competition, all-day antique to semi swap and 50/50 raffle tickets sold at the VFW Hall and Clear Lake Bank.
Live entertainment features Black Diamond Band from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., The Alex Fischer Band from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Malek Fisherman and 8 Pack Jacq from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. A fireworks show concludes the event.
