The seventh annual Frights and Lights Halloween Block Party & Light Parade takes place on Main Street in North Stonington. Food, vendors, music, and socializing begin at 4:30 p.m. along Main Street. The light parade steps off at 6:30 p.m., visiting the Meadow Wood/Kingswood neighborhood before arriving on Main Street at approximately 7:30 p.m. The event includes a Trunk or Treat. Costumes are welcome. The event is intended for both adults and children.
