The third annual Gears & Cheers car show takes place Saturday, Sept. 26, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at PARSTEM in Newark. Registration is $10 per vehicle, or $20 on event day after 2 p.m. All vehicles are welcome, including cars, trucks, motorcycles, classics, muscle cars and customs. Dash plaques will be provided to all presenters.
Trophy categories include Best in Show, Furthest Traveled, Most Unique, Fan Favorite, Oldest Vehicle and Kids Best in Show. The event features a kids car display, a new kids Power Wheels cruise, race tracks, play spaces, games, food trucks, a 50/50 drawing, raffle prizes and DJ entertainment. Early registration by Aug. 21 earns an extra raffle ticket.
