Gilead Cruise Night takes place Tuesday, Aug. 25, 2026, on South Main Street in Gilead, Neb. The event welcomes classic and custom vehicles of all kinds, with attendees encouraged to bring their favorite cars and lawn chairs for an evening of live music, food and good company.

We celebrated 40 years of Pioneers Inn back in May, but a milestone like that doesn’t come around often, so we’re not ready to stop celebrating yet! This year’s Cruise Night schedule has been a little crazy with the anniversary, our new playground construction, birthday bashes, and everything else going on, but we’re ready to finish this year with a bang. We’ve already set a Friday night record with 38 cars, with cruisers coming from Holdrege, Lincoln, Hiawatha, Salina and everywhere in between. Now it’s time to see what Gilead can do on a TUESDAY!
Our Back-to-School Cruise Night is Tuesday, August 25th, and the Tuesday record is only 25 cars. We’ve hit 38 on a Friday—now let’s see if we can crush 25 on a Tuesday! Fire up the hot rod, shine up the truck, bring the muscle car, motorcycle, ATV, lawn mower, or whatever you’ve got with wheels and proud to drive. Bring your lawn chair, your friends, and your appetite and come enjoy fresh food, good music, great company, and a main street drag full of cool rides.
If it has wheels, WE WANT IT HERE! Let’s keep this 40th Anniversary party rolling, pack Gilead, break that Tuesday record, and finish the year STRONG!
