A classic car show and barbecue event held at Gilman Grove. Classic car owners are invited to display their vehicles. No pre-registration is required; entry is first come, first served, and limited to the first 60 classic cars. Entry fee is $20 per vehicle and includes participation in all award categories. Proceeds support a fundraiser for a senior caregiver currently battling cancer. The event includes one free barbecue lunch for the vehicle owner, with additional meals available for $5 each. The schedule runs from 8 to 10 a.m. for arrival and vehicle entry, 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with the event open to the public, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. for barbecue lunch service, noon to 2 p.m. for judging, and 4 p.m. for the awards ceremony. Vehicles are judged by event guests and Gilman Grove community residents. Multiple awards will be presented. The event features great food, music, and activities centered around car culture.
