The Greater Midwest 46th Annual Automotive Swap Meet & Car Show, sponsored by the Horseless Carriage Club of Missouri, takes place each September. The event is held rain or shine at the Fox School District Service Center in Arnold, Missouri.
The swap meet opens at 6:30 a.m. and closes at 4 p.m. It features automotive parts, restoration items, cars for sale, tools, equipment, memorabilia, literature, toys, and related automotive or flea market items. Vendor spaces are available as side-by-side or end-to-end parking spaces. Pre-registration costs $30 for side-by-side and $60 for end-to-end spaces. Prices on the day of the event increase by $10 and $20 respectively. The car show opens at 8:30 a.m. and closes at 4 p.m., with vehicles required to be in place by 11 a.m. It is a display-only event with no judging and is open to antique, collector, and special interest vehicles from 2000 or earlier. Entry fee is $20, with a limit of approximately 50 vehicles. Pre-registration is recommended but drive-ins are allowed if space permits.
The event prohibits alcoholic beverages, food and beverage sales by vendors, pets, and loud music. The Horseless Carriage Club of Missouri, its members, and the Fox School District are not liable for loss or damage to persons or property.
