The Hagerstown Jubilee Days Cruise-In takes place Friday, July 31 on Washington Street to Town Hall. Registration runs from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Town Hall with a $10 fee. The cruise-in features a fish fry, food vendors and craft vendors from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Car show awards will be presented at 7 p.m., including Best of Show and Top 2 awards.
