Halloween Party, Trunk & Treat & Candy Trail

The Mill River Park Collaborative presents the Halloween Party, Trunk & Treat & Candy Trail on Saturday, October 31, 2026, at Mill River Park in Stamford, Connecticut. This free, family-friendly community celebration runs from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and offers an afternoon full of Halloween festivities.

Participants can begin their adventure at The Snackbox near the Whittingham Discovery Center and Cohen Display Fountain, where they can pick up a candy bag and follow the Trick-or-Treat Trail through the park. Along the trail, attendees will find photo opportunities, community partners, and decorated Trunk-or-Treat vehicles handing out treats.

The trail continues across the Broad Street bridge to the Nissen Carousel for a grand finale featuring carousel rides, music, games, crafts, and appearances by costumed characters. Admission is completely free, and participants are encouraged to bring their costumes and candy bags.
