About This Event
Haunted Horsepower combines trunk-or-treating with a car show at 119 Old State Rd in Ellisville, Missouri. The community appreciation event runs 5-7 p.m. Oct. 28 and is free for spectators.
Children can collect candy from decorated vehicle trunks, and car owners can display their vehicles. Space for cars is limited, and participants must register by messaging their name, year, make and model to save a spot. Owners also can indicate whether they want to hand out candy from their trunks.
Awards go to the spookiest decorated car (Best in Fright), the best classic (Grim Reaper’s Ride) and the best custom or modified build (Frankenstein Build).
