The American Heritage Museum in Hudson, Mass., hosts the second annual Heritage & Horsepower Fundraiser Car Show on Saturday, Aug. 8, 2026. All admission fees and event proceeds benefit the Fuel Our Field Trips School Field Trip Grant Fund, which helps cover bussing and admission costs for underserved schools in the region.
All museum buildings will be open that day, including the main museum — home to one of the largest collections of tanks and military vehicles in the eastern United States — as well as a vintage aircraft hangar, a race car collection and a classic automobile barn featuring vehicles from the brass and gas era through the 1940s.
Show car registration is available in advance at $20 per vehicle for car show entry only, or $40 for entry plus two museum admissions. Day-of registration is $30 per vehicle for car show entry, with museum admission at standard pricing. Car show participants may also arrange staged photos of their vehicles alongside a vintage aircraft and a WWII tank on the museum runway for a $50 donation per car, with all photo proceeds directed to the Fuel Our Field Trips Fund.
General admission to the event is $25 for adults, $20 for seniors 62 and older, $20 for veterans, active duty military and first responders, and $15 for students and children 16 and under. Children 3 and under and WWII and Korean War veterans are admitted free. Food and beverages will be available throughout the afternoon.
