The Outsiders Auto Club hosts the Historic New Carlisle Ice Cream Social & Car Show on Sunday, Aug. 9, at 112 E. Michigan St. in New Carlisle, Ind. The free drive-in event is open to vintage car owners, with vehicles on display behind the museum in the town municipal lot.
