The Hooligans 4th Annual Car Show takes place Sept. 19 at the Phelps County Fairgrounds in Rolla. Vehicles from 1985 and older are welcome. Registration starts at $20 per show vehicle. The event runs from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and features food vendors, a 60/40 drawing and raffle items. Vehicle loads start at $5.
