Hope for Home presents a classic and custom car show Saturday, Aug. 29, from noon to 3 p.m. at Tiger North Sports Complex, 857 N Broadway, Peru. The show features vintage classics, custom builds and hot rods, and exotic sports cars. A DJ will provide music. Food trucks and refreshments will be available. Top 10 awards and People’s Choice awards will be presented at 2:30 p.m. Registration is open until 2 p.m. day of event. A 50/50 raffle will be held. Dash plaques will be given to the first 25 registered cars. Pre-registration is $15 through Aug. 21 and includes a T-shirt. Registration is $20 after Aug. 21.
