The Hot Ribs & HERO Hearts Cook-off and Car & Bike Show will take place on Saturday, August 23rd, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 4870 Venture Drive, Southaven, MS 38671. The car and bike show runs from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., with a $20 entry fee and Top 10 plaques awarded. The hot ribs cook-off will begin judging at 3 p.m., and winners will be announced at 4 p.m. Cooking teams can enter for $50, with trophies for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and People’s Choice. Attendees can purchase $20 wristbands to sample ribs. The event honors Gary White and Jason Vosburgh, Memphis firefighters who recently passed away.
