The Inland Empire Lowrider Alliance will host its 15th Annual Picnic on January 1, 2026, at Upland Memorial Park. The event invites all car clubs and solo riders to celebrate the New Year with family and friends.
The picnic will take place from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
