About This Event
Vertically Challenged hosts the Jason Astel Memorial Toy Drive & Car Show on Saturday, Nov. 14, 2026, at American Legion Post 253 (Peebles Vaughn Wideman) in Festus, Missouri. The show runs from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and vehicle registration opens at 10 a.m.
All vehicles are welcome, from classic and custom cars to mini trucks, lifted and bagged trucks, hot rods, rat rods and daily drivers. Show registration costs $20 or a new, unwrapped toy. Spectators get in free.
Activities include a 50/50 raffle, raffle prizes and auction items. A drawing and awards take place at 3 p.m. The event benefits St. Louis Children’s Heart Center and keeps Jason Astel’s memory alive by bringing joy to children in need.
Local vendors and small businesses are welcome to set up. Organizers also seek donated raffle baskets, gift certificates, merchandise and services for the raffle and auction. Community members do not need to bring a vehicle to take part, and can join the raffles or donate a toy.
