The Kentucky Pilots Association hosts a monthly fly-in and drive-in breakfast at Bardstown Nelson County Airport’s Samuels Field on the second Saturday of every month from May through October. Breakfast is served from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Admission is $15 for adults and $5 for children under 10. A spot landing contest is held, and pilots who land between the lines eat for free, staffing permitting.
