The Lake City Lions and Lakester Car Club host their 36th annual Water Ski Days’ Car and Tractor Show at Lake City High School Football Park. The event runs from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the grass location at S. Garden St. and W. Iowa St. in Lake City, MN.
Entry fee is $10 and includes two people. Spectators pay $5. Children under 12 enter free with a paid adult. Registration takes place from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. The first 100 vehicles receive dash plaques.
Judging starts at 11 a.m. Awards are presented at 2 p.m., with three trophies per class plus Best Car and Best Tractor awards. Classes range from vintage vehicles dating to 1900 through present-day models, including tractors, stock cars, muscle cars, street rods, pony cars, rat rods, trucks, motorcycles and special interest vehicles.
Music, food and drinks are available. A shaded rest area is provided. Pets are not permitted. Free shuttle service runs between the venue and downtown. For questions, contact Kenny at 651-927-9478.
