Lawton will kick off its 2026 car show season with the Downtown Showdown on April 4. The event will take place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the northwest corner of the mall parking lot, held in conjunction with Open Streets. Registration is $20 per car and will be taken on the day of the show. Entry is from D Ave only, located between the County Courthouse and City National Bank. Attractions include vendors, food trucks, games, local downtown shops, custom awards, and a Colt Python raffle. Spectator admission is free.
