Lead Foot City hosts Floor It Friday, a recurring party night featuring drag racing, burnouts, car meets, and live entertainment. This event takes place on select Friday evenings throughout the year at the automotive entertainment complex in Brooksville.
The drag strip gates open at 5:30 p.m., with racing starting around 6 p.m. and continuing until 10 p.m. Burnouts take place at Send It Square from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Indoor drift karting runs from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., along with a free-play arcade. The Autotorium Rec Hall offers corn hole and axe throwing. Mayor’s Lair Speakeasy operates from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.
The car, truck and bike meet welcomes all makes and models. Food trucks and the Gear Head Grille & Bar provide refreshments. The Wheelie Bar elevated viewing dock offers a prime vantage point for watching the action.
