Longmont Halloween Parade & Trick or Treat Street

Longmont’s favorite Halloween tradition returns on Saturday, October 31, 2026. Staging and line-up begin at 9:30 AM at Roosevelt Park, with the parade officially stepping off at 10:00 AM sharp. Participants of all ages, families, schools, community groups, and leashed dogs in costume are invited to walk, roll, or stroll down the parade route.

The parade route begins on Longs Peak Avenue, heads east to Main Street, continues south to 3rd Avenue, and loops back north on Main Street to Longs Peak Avenue. No advance registration is required to join the walking parade.

Immediately following the parade, Trick or Treat Street continues throughout downtown Longmont along Main Street. Participating local businesses will hand out candy and treats to trick-or-treaters until supplies run out.
