Madd Hatters Haunt hosts its annual Kids’ Day on Sunday, October 18, 2026, at Madd Hatter’s Haunted House in Union Gap, Washington. The family-friendly afternoon event runs from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM and features a behind-the-scenes lights-on tour of the haunted house attraction, a 4-H petting zoo sponsored by Selah 4-H, and a community trunk or treat.
The trunk or treat portion takes place from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM, inviting tricked-out vehicles with an award presented for the best dressed trunk. Vehicle participants receive two VIP tickets to Madd Hatters for the 2026 season along with four passes for kids. Those wishing to host a vehicle can contact [email protected] for an application.
Admission is $5 and a can of food per child, while adults enter free. Each child receives a return ticket to experience the haunted attraction with the lights off that evening. Adults can also obtain a return ticket by paying the $5 admission fee and bringing a can of food.
