The Main Street USA Car Show is held annually in downtown Barstow, California. Co-hosted by the City of Barstow, Mainstreet Murals, the Miss Route 66 Pageant, and the Saturday Night Cruisers Car Club, the event marks its 26th year in 2025.
The show welcomes all cars, trucks, and motorcycles and runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Activities include the car show until 3 p.m., vendors, artisans, raffle prizes, a 50/50 drawing, and trophies awarded. Additional features include kids activities, live music, a beer garden, and food.
