Mustang Week Charlotte takes place at zMAX Dragway in Concord, North Carolina, hosting a car show dedicated exclusively to Mustang vehicles. The event occurs on Saturday and features multiple motorsport activities and attractions alongside vendor booths and merchandise sales.
The Official Mustang Week Car Show, presented by Roush Performance, brings together hundreds of Mustangs spanning every generation, from classic pony cars to modern performance builds. Participants and spectators spend the day examining vehicles and watching action around the track. The schedule includes drift exhibitions and ride-alongs, burnouts, autocross, drag racing, and a Dyno Challenge. Vendors, official merchandise, and food and drinks are available on site.
The gathering combines a traditional car show with competitive driving events. Participants can engage in roll racing, drifting, drag racing, and autocross competitions. The event also includes burnouts and meet-ups with other Mustang enthusiasts.
The day concludes with an Awards Ceremony and Poker Run awards, followed by Mustang Week Mayhem—a closing celebration featuring drifting, motorsports action, and fireworks.
VIP car show entries receive early entry privileges for the official car show portion of the event. Only Mustang vehicles are permitted in the Saturday car show. The weekend concludes with an awards presentation recognizing exceptional vehicles across numerous classes, celebrating quality, craftsmanship, individuality, and commitment to the Mustang lifestyle.
