Nebraska Built Truck Club is hosting a show and shine fundraiser for cars, trucks, and motorcycles at Oak View Mall in Omaha to benefit a child named River and her family. River is scheduled for surgery to have a fluid sack removed from her spine and has been diagnosed with HSP (hereditary spastic paraplegia).
The event is free for spectators. Show vehicles pay a $10 gate fee and will be entered to win a $100 fuel card. Oak View Mall will donate 10% of all food court sales from 4 to 7 p.m. to the fundraiser.
Several items have been secured for drawings, including a $500 Visa card from Bish’s RV, powder coat credits from Top Dog Powder Coating, complete interior and exterior details from multiple companies, and $200 in lawn care credits from CALM Lawn & Landscape, among others. Drawing tickets are $10 for one or $20 for three.
