The New Castle First Assembly hosts its 4th Annual Cruise-In in memory of Joe Higgins on August 28, 2026, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at 3600 S. Memorial Dr. in New Castle, Indiana.
Registration runs from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., with awards presented at 8 p.m. Each registered vehicle receives a free dinner. The event features 75 dash plaques and 30 different awards and trophies. A DJ will provide entertainment, and a 50/50 raffle will be held. Indoor restrooms are available.
