Newark Valley will host its Summerfest featuring antique and classic cars and trucks at the Ray Shaver Depot. The event includes a display of vehicles from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., followed by a concert from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. with blues and rock music by Torn and Frayed.
The Newark Valley Village Green will offer vendors and activities throughout the day. Admission is free, and refreshments will be available.
Vehicle owners interested in showing their cars or trucks can register by contacting M. Kiechle at 607-642-8967. The event is sponsored by the Newark Valley Historical Society.
