Nickle Dickle Day 40th Annual Antique and Collector Car & Truck Show

The 40th Annual Antique and Collector Car & Truck Show takes place Saturday, September 19, 2026, as part of the 65th Annual Nickle Dickle Day celebration in downtown Waconia, Minnesota. Hosted by the Waconia Chamber of Commerce, the show brings together classic, antique, and collector automobiles and trucks around City Square Park.

Vehicle check-in is located near Birch Street and Main Street with registration open from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Entry is $10 per vehicle, with mail-in pre-registration due by August 31, 2026, and online registration available. Spectator admission to Nickle Dickle Day is free.

The show features 25 vehicle classes, 70 awards, 400 dash plaques, and door prizes. Guaranteed first and second place trophies are presented in all classes, with third place awarded in the 15 largest classes. Special awards include Favorite Ford, Favorite GM, Favorite Chrysler, Director’s Choice, and the Class of ’65 Chamber Award, with the awards presentation scheduled for 3:30 PM.

Visitors can also enjoy the broader Nickle Dickle Day festival, featuring an arts and crafts fair, food booths, entertainment, fun runs, a 3-on-3 basketball tournament, and a library book sale. Please note that no pets (except service dogs), bicycles, skateboards, or rollerblades are permitted at the event.
