The Ogden Street Fest Car Show takes place Saturday, August 22, 2026, in Downtown Ogden, Illinois. Registration runs from 9 a.m. to noon for $15. The first 100 entries receive dash plaques. Awards are presented at 3 p.m.
The show is open to cars, trucks, jeeps, motorcycles and race cars. More than 60 homemade trophies will be awarded across categories including Top 20 for vehicles older than 1975, Top 5 for 1975-2000, Top 5 for newer than 2000, Top 5 trucks, Top 2 jeeps, Top 3 motorcycles and Top 2 race cars. Special awards include Best of Show, Young Gun Award for entrants 25 and younger, and Mayor and Fire Chief picks.
Three memorial awards honor Mayor Jim Gilliland, Trooper Corey Thompson and Barber Terry Wright. The Ogden Fire Department serves biscuits and gravy from 7 to 10 a.m. The Methodist church serves lunch. Food vendors and a Youth League food tent will be on site.
