Ohio Valley Dragway hosts the Friday Night Streetcar Shootout on select dates throughout the racing season. The event features three racing classes with specific rules and buy-ins. Lil Gangsters 5.30 requires a $100 buy-in, 400 PT, 28s or 275 tires, factory roof and quarters, and prohibits throttle stops and delay boxes. Street Stick has a $50 buy-in and requires DOT-approved tires, H-pattern shifter, and charging or cooling systems. Index racing offers 500 PT classes at 8.60, 7.60, and 6.60 seconds. Winners must return to staging lanes without pitting. All cars must have mufflers unless turbocharged. No throttle stops or delay boxes are allowed in any class.
