Operation Santa’s Helper Car Show & Vendor Event

Operation Santa’s Helper Car Show & Vendor Event raises money to take local disadvantaged children Christmas shopping. The event runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Union County High School in Maynardville, Tennessee, and entry is free for the public.

Vehicle entry costs $25, and vendor spaces are also $25. All cars, trucks, tractors and semi trucks are welcome to enter. Vendors and show vehicles may arrive at 9 a.m., and the gates open to the public at 10 a.m. Early registration and vendor signup are available by message.

Swiney’s BBQ will serve food with multiple options, and vendors will set up with crafts and handmade items. A bake sale offers fall and Christmas snacks, with all proceeds donated toward the children’s shopping trip. A cake walk is also planned. Attendees who plan to buy something should bring cash or be able to use Cash App or Venmo.
