About This Event
The Ottumwa Naval Air Station Museum presents Wings and Wheels, a 3rd annual museum fundraising event on Saturday, Sept. 5, 2026, at the NAS Ottumwa Museum, 14550 Terminal Ave, Ottumwa. Registration starts at 9 a.m., with the show running from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The car, truck, and military-style Jeep show welcomes fly-ins. Prizes will be awarded.
A pancake breakfast is available from 7 to 9 a.m. for $10. Lunch options include hamburgers for $10 and hot dogs for $5, served from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Live music runs from 2 to 7 p.m., and food trucks will be on-site from 4 to 7 p.m. The museum and museum store will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
The first 50 volunteer sign-ups receive a free gift. This is a fundraiser for a 501(c)(3) non-profit military museum. Donations may be mailed to Friends of NAS Ottumwa Museum, 14550 Terminal Ave, Ottumwa, IA 52501. Contact 641-207-5692 for further information.
