The Pinewood Car Derby Event is scheduled for February 28, 2026, in Waxahachie, Texas. Boys in Waxahachie and nearby areas are invited to build, customize, and race pinewood derby cars. The first ten boys to arrive will receive a free car. Participants who already have a car are encouraged to bring and show it off. Hot dogs will be served. The event is free and will run from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
