Pokey’s Car Club hosts a car show at the Eagle’s Club in Gilberts on September 6, 2026. All years, makes and models are welcome. Registration is $20 from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. The show features 63 judged awards presented at 2:30 p.m., including Top 60, Club Award for Most Registered, Best in Show Stock and Best in Show Modified. Judging will be conducted by specific Pokey members, whose cars are ineligible to win. Canopies are welcome and must be tied down. No preregistration is available. The event takes place mostly on grass with some paved areas.
Rudy K will provide music. Food and beverages will be sold by the Gilberts Eagle Club. The indoor bar will be open with several TVs tuned to sports. Car, swap and craft vendors are welcome.
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Almost Home Foundation. Participants and spectators are encouraged to donate needed items including Purina One Chicken & Rice Dog Food, Purina Healthy Puppy Food, Fancy Feast Canned Foods for Cats, X Large Potty Pads and Martingale Collars in all sizes.
