Porter and Chester Institute hosts a car meet at its Waterbury campus on August 1 to benefit Wolcott Animal Control. The event runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 881 Wolcott Street in Waterbury.
All years, makes and models are welcome. Car registration costs $10, with free admission and parking for spectators. Prizes will be awarded for categories. Campus tours will be available.
No burnouts or revving are permitted.
