Project Horsepower is a free community event featuring a car show with limited space. Attendees can listen to live music, visit food trucks, and enter prize drawings. All proceeds will benefit Halter Equine Assisted Services.
The event takes place Saturday, Aug. 2, 2025, at Spartanburg Community College, with entry from Brisack Road. If there is rain, the event will move to Saturday, Aug. 9. Registration opens at 8:30 a.m. and closes at 10:30 a.m. The show runs from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Pre-registration costs $20, and registration on the day of the event costs $30.
Operation Grow Spartanburg sponsors include Boco Creative, Beyond Real Estate, and MCA Construction & Roofing.
