Quinte Ride for Paws Poker Run

The 15th annual Quinte Ride for Paws poker run takes place Aug. 23 in Frankford, Ontario. Registration and coffee begin at 10 a.m. at What’s Your Scoop, 2290 Frankford Rd. The ride starts at 11 a.m., with the route posted on site. A barbecue featuring farmers market burgers and drinks begins at noon. Winners will be announced at 2 p.m. The donation is $25 per bike. All motorcycles are welcome. Proceeds benefit Fixed Fur Life, Sandy Pines Wildlife Centre, and Hastings & Prince Edward Humane Society. A 50/50 draw, vendors and spectators are welcome.
