Registration for the racing event starts at 2 PM and ends at 3:45 PM, with a $15 entry fee per car. Twenty-five percent of the entry fees will be awarded to the winner. The event uses the Vostoc Electronics tracking system. Races start at 4:20 PM.
If participants are not registered by 3:45 PM, they may still register during the changeover time but registration during races is not allowed. No refunds will be given to those who register but do not participate. Grom racing starts at 4:20 PM, followed by Nascar and SCT Grom (brushed or brushless, 2s battery only). The 1/10 scale SCT Concrete Oval race will start after the Grom races and also requires a 2s battery. There are no additional class rules beyond the 2s battery requirement for SCT.
All races will have 10-minute heats. Participants are advised to bring extra batteries as charging plugs may be in use. The event emphasizes fun racing and acknowledges that crashes and breakage can occur, urging participants to maintain a positive attitude.
