About This Event
The City of Wood Dale hosts the Resilience Day Celebration Concert & Classic Car Show at Special Events Park on Friday, September 11, 2026. Running from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, this free community event brings residents and visitors together for an evening honoring patriotism, remembrance, and community spirit.

Attendees can explore a showcase of classic cars and military vehicles beginning at 5:00 PM. The event also features a moving VFW flag ceremony, a VFW 50/50 raffle, and on-site food and drink concessions. Live musical entertainment begins at 7:00 PM with a performance by The Funky Monks Band, a Red Hot Chili Peppers tribute group.
