The Richland Outreach Center hosts its 11th Annual Trunk or Treat on October 10, 2026, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at 415 Wayne Street in Mansfield, Ohio. This free community event features games, spooky music, food and candy for kids of all ages. Families are encouraged to dress children in costumes for an afternoon of Halloween fun.
